These terms govern your use of the website siteiz.com and the services offered on it (the "Service"), operated by Siteiz ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

Siteiz provides tools and content related to how AI agents and AI search read websites. This includes a website readiness scan, the Readiness Radar (a curated weekly briefing published on the site and by email), and related reports. Siteiz is under active development, and features may change, launch, or be withdrawn over time.

Who may use it

The Service is intended for business and professional use by people aged 16 or over. By using it you confirm you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to: submit a website you do not own or have permission to test; attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; copy, scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer the Service; or use it in a way that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend access that breaches these terms.

Scan results and content

Scan results, the Readiness Radar, and other content are provided for general information only and on an "as is" basis. They are not professional, legal, or business advice, and we do not guarantee they are accurate, complete, or current. Some content is generated with the help of AI and is reviewed before publication, but it may still contain errors. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on it.

Third-party sources and links

The Readiness Radar summarizes and links to third-party sources. Those sources belong to their respective owners, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability. Links are provided for reference and do not imply endorsement.

Intellectual property

The Siteiz name, the site, its design, and the original content we produce (including the Readiness Radar editions and PDF carousels) belong to Siteiz. You may read and share our published content with attribution and a link back to siteiz.com, but you may not present it as your own or use our brand without permission.

Email and subscriptions

The Readiness Radar email is free. You subscribe through a double opt-in confirmation and can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We may change the format or frequency of the newsletter, or discontinue it.

Purchases, delivery and refunds

The Fix Plan is a paid, one-time digital product. The price shown includes VAT where applicable; Stripe processes the payment and issues your receipt. After payment we generate your Fix Plan and deliver it by email and on your download page, usually within minutes.

Because it is a digital product delivered immediately, at checkout you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery begins. If a purchase fails to deliver because of a technical problem on our side and we cannot resolve it, contact us for a refund. Questions or complaints about a purchase: support@siteiz.com.

No warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Siteiz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
